More Venice

These pics are of "part" of the Rialto daily fish market. It would rival the fish market I saw in Seattle. Except I didn't see anyone tossing fish.



Any type of fresh fish you would ever want - and a few more. They set this up every morning and take it down by 1:00pm.


The fish vendors filled two "fleamarket type buildings.





Denise and I were amazed at the variety and quantity of fish available.






Swordfish anyone? Complete with sword.
